Yaba’s Juice

  • Location: South Norwood Community Kitchen
  • Year Invented: 2022
Back at the Carnival of Invention that took place in September, South Norwood Community Kitchen were giving out tasters of Yaba’s Juice (Sorrel & Ginger Juice)
As part of the Carnival, the team at SNCK were commissioned to produce a wonderful video, illustrating the notion and process behind Yaba’s well-loved juice and how it ended up as a favourite of the SNCK menu!
It’s in interesting observation that suggests how people nowadays respond to the theme of ‘invention’. Using only a few resources and for the purpose of helping those in need.
Find out more about the process behind Yaba’s Juice by watching this video. Credit for this video is from Inventing South Norwood, Historic England, the videographer/editor Sam Bailey and SNCK staff involved.
