Join Stanley resident and full-time Personal Trainer James Sandalls as we commence our weekly wellness class.
We invite you to join our mid-week wellness class as we try new stretches and circuits to boost our wellbeing!

It is well known that exercise releases endorphins which trigger positive attitudes and increased energy levels.
