Wellness: Dance Fitness
Join Stanley Arts & Birdgang LTD member Amber Williams as we commence our weekly wellness class.
We invite you to join our Monday morning wellness class as we brace ourselves for the week ahead! Amber specialises in Hip-Hop and brings a beginner’s approach to this class.
The entire Stanley Family are invited to participate in the class, so it’s a great chance for us all to have a creative catch-up whilst working up a sweat! Don’t threat, we’re not all dancers and mainly attend as a way to connect, laugh and try something new!
