The Anglo-Indian Journey (Talking About My Generation)

Talking About My Generation is a creative arts project run by Maya Production in association with Stanley Arts.

Led by theatre artists Janet Steel and Rez Kabir, a group of local residents have been sharing memories of the 1960s and stories of migration from India to England, developing creative skills and talking about what it means to be Anglo-Indian.

The Anglo-Indian Journey is a performance, by the group, of memories, journeys and an original song!  A sharing of poetry, imagery and stories to lift everyone whatever your age!!

Music will follow the performance – come and have a dance!
