Calling all Anglo-Indian and South Asian residents of Croydon! Take part in free, interactive creative workshops and learn new skills!

 

Following our successful opening Exhibition at the Museum of Croydon, we continue our project with a series of creative workshops at Stanley Arts to celebrate stories of migration, heritage and cultural identity.

Routes to Roots’ is a creative arts project that gives a platform to Anglo-Indian and South Asian Voices. 

Over a series of fun, creative workshops we invite you to explore memories, tell stories, and create a performance to be shared at Stanley Arts and Migration Matters Festival in Sheffield. 

All abilities are welcome, and no prior creative training is required.

You can share your memories, learn to act, or have fun singing, dancing. You’ll also meet other community members and enjoy chatting over tea and biscuits!
