Rise of the Refrain

Following on from a sold out run of their debut theatre production, Liv Wynter’s new show, Rise of the Refrain, asks what happens when a greek chorus goes on strike.

Written and performed by Liv Wynter, Rise of the Refrain features a live punk band and is performed in spoken word, integrated BSL performed by lead performer Alexandra James, and creative captioning by Rachel Sampley.

Performers include Les Miserable and J Dangerous of Italia 90, sadqueersclub of Screaming Toenail, Lewis Daniel, Nathaniel Cross, composer Rob Howat, and with support from Charlie Loane of Great Dad, Piglet, and Speed Training, and sound design by Catherine Hawthorn.

Access Information:

Loud Music; ear defenders can be provided.
All performances will be relaxed.
All performances are performed in spoken English and British Sign Language with creative captioning, and will be accessible to deaf and hard of hearing audience members.

Book a table for up to 5 audience members. Pricing is Pay What You Can from the following options for a full table: £50 / £60 / £75

Individual Tickets: Pricing is Pay What You Can from the following options: £5 (15 available per night) / £10 / £15 / £20

TIMING

Doors open at 7:30 PM for a start time of 8 PM.

Run time: Approximately 60 minutes.
