Memory Map – Reminiscence Session

Take a trip down memory lane and reminisce about the places that are special to you in your neighbourhood.

Maybe it’s your favourite childhood hideout or the first pub you went to with your friends. Incorporate these into a huge map with the help of an artist and check out the wonderful, moving and hilarious stories of your neighbours by peeking into a past Croydon you may never have known!

This activity is a drop in session and is part of our Stanley Stories community festival which celebrates the people, past and present, who have shaped South Norwood.

Our festival activities are open to all ages big and small, so jump in and get involved!

Roaming BSL interpreters will be available throughout the day. When you arrive, ask for an interpreter if you need one – no need to book in advance!
