… the joy of creating sounds and playing gongs with other instruments …
This time in collaboration with Frank Bohem creating a more acoustic soundscape. You are invited to lay down and enjoy or move and dance, whatever your body is calling for.
Soundscape – Gong & Sound Journey Special, we will be more experimental and adding additional beats and sounds
This is a powerful yet relaxing experience through the meditative equalities of sounds from gongs and other instruments.
Feel their pulsations and let the millions of vibrations dance and flow through your senses. You will become fearless, relaxed and awakened. It creates strength, peace, healing and rejuvenates’ the nervous system or relaxes sore muscles in your body.
Gong baths may also help to stimulate circulation & balance the body’s energy flow, releasing tension from head to toe. It can also be deeply grounding, clear blockages – all which promote physical and emotional wellbeing.
The complex sounds of a gong will transcend the brainwaves into an altered state of consciousness which is a great way to reduce stress in a therapeutic beneficial dream / trance like state.
Sounds are unique – some compare them with the vision of floating in space, others to diving into the sea – come without expectations and experience for yourself.
Listen with outer and inner ears.
All you need to do is lay down, receive and let the sonic frequencies “wash” through you, bringing you deep relaxation and a sense of energy to your body, mind and soul.

About Britta:
Britta is a certified Gong & Sound-Healing Practitioner. Classically trained in alto & soprano flute when she was young. On her own healing path she discovered reiki, shamanic practice with drumming for journeying and 5Rhythms dance as her active practice. She is also extremely creative as an artist & photographer, a nature lover.
“I was blown away and fascinated the first time I experienced a gong bath. From that very first moment I was in total awe with these handcrafted instruments. I now can’t imagine life without a gong.
While playing the gongs I channel energy and let that guide me. Every session is unique and can never be repeated, it is what it is in that moment. To me that is like nature, like watching a river or waves in the sea, they come and go, flow by; a scent of a pine tree in the woods, the experience in that one moment, that is, but cannot be grasped.
I see myself like a conduit for the sound to come into being. So I am not a healer – but the receiving of the created sound waves and vibrations might stimulate one’s body to ac
Activate its own self-healing abilities and positive energy. And all that is what I enjoy to share with others. I draw inspiration from my shamanic practice & journeying, as well from my own experiences of working in stressful work environment / industry and from my own healing journey through which I see & realised that sometimes we just need a safe space where we can stop the thinking & talking and just be…”
