About Liz:
To me, Yoga is all about finding calm & balance (when all gets a little too hectic) and bringing energy & vitality into your life when you need it the most. Yoga offers you a safe space to rest, restore and re-charge and encourages you to let go of all the things in life that do not serve you well.

Yoga is a practice – there is no right or wrong and no such thing as perfection. Yoga is about leaving thinking & doing behind, focusing on feeling in your body, giving yourself permission to both pause & breathe.

LizCYoga Vinyasa flow classes are welcoming, energised & fun allowing plenty of time for rest and relaxation. That may mean spending the entire 60 mins class in Savasana (final relaxation pose) which of course is fine! It is your body and your practice, so flow with whatever comes to the surface, passing no judgement and most importantly enjoy it.

Everybody is welcome to practice & I look forward to meeting you soon
Liz x
