First Words

First words is a free online creative writing programme for new parents with babies under 9 months. Our baby-friendly workshops will be a space for local parents to come together, find their voice and create short stories, poems and more. No experience is necessary, all you need to take part is your imagination! Workshops will provide a creative peer group helping to address the life changes and shift in identity that can come with becoming a parent and making a positive difference to participants’ mental health and wellbeing.
