Spend the day pouring back into yourself and filling up your own cup. Why? Because you can’t pour from an empty cup and you deserve to feel like your highest, most abundant self.

Spiritual Tiik’s annual eye am summit is a day filled with mindfulness, sound healing and movement. It is a chance to tap out of the external chaos and into your inner peace whilst being surrounded by like-minded soul family. This event is open to everyone who is 16+.
