Doors open 7.15pm

Sessions will promptly commence at the specified start time (7:30 PM), so arriving 10 to 15 minutes early is recommended to settle comfortably into the space. While these sessions might not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy, seizures, heart conditions, or early-stage pregnancies, exceptions can be discussed on an individual basis.
