Blue Green Dragon (Qing Long) – Tai Chi and Chi Gong
Tai Chi is often called meditation in movement – it can help to release stress, help with balance, and increase fitness. It can also help with knee and back issues and it is low impact, making it good for all fitness levels.
Chi Gong (Qi Gong) the Ba Duan Jin (eight strands of silk brocade) is an exercise system developed by the Shaolin Temple Monks which uses breathing and stretching to enliven and replenish our vital energy.
The class is open to complete beginners and to those with experience.
