Baking and Buttercream workshop

An introduction into the delicious world of baking! Hosted by Matthew of Walnuts and Honey microbakery.
In this class you will learn a basic (foolproof!) sponge recipe. As well as perfecting the perfect buttercream consistency.
Matthew will also be able to talk you through and answer any baking queries you may have.
You will leave with delicious goodies and the confidence to bake new treats for family and friends…. Or just yourself!
This will not be a vegan baking class but we’ll happily answer any questions about vegan baking!
Activity takes place in our Lower Kitchen, but we shall all meet before the workshop at Stanley Social Cafe.
All materials provided, just turn up!
