We know a lot about Samuel Coleridge- Taylor and his wonderful music so well received in the USA as well as in Great Britain, and also his life in South Norwood, London.

But, who was Avril Coleridge- Taylor? And what did she do?

Avril was Samuel’s daughter, and a composer, pianist and conductor in her own right. Sadly, nowadays her story and works are largely forgotten.

Please note this event is taking place at Holy Innocents Church (Next to the Samuel Coleridge-Taylor Centre) at 192a, Selhurst Road, SE25 6XX. This is a 5-10 minute walk, along from High St, from Stanley Arts
