Our team take part in Accessibility Training by ZooCo

On the 9th of August, our team received excellent accessibility training with the help of the wonderful Rapul Chandi and the team behind ZooCo. This included Deaf Awareness training, an introduction to BSL, discussions surrounding neurodiversity and reflection on our current practice.

The session was very valuable as the team received insights into how each member thrives best. We also highlighted how accessibility has and continues to improve within our work environment, and we considered the challenges we face being based within such a historic and old building.
